Getting Started
Simply choose the desired system modules and complete our setup questionnaire. Our programmers will then begin to work with you creating your custom meeting solution. Preliminary systems are usually ready in 1-3 days for testing and customization.

No Meeting is Too Big
We configure each Meeting Assistant System to ensure a fast, efficient experience for each one of your meeting attendees regardless if your meeting attendance is 100 or 10,000. All of our systems are built upon the mySQL database standard which is capable of storing billions of records. For larger systems, multiple databases may be used to ensure adequate storage capacity.
Our programmers will be happy to discuss scalable options including multi-server load sharing and international server placement to ensure quick access for each user. Use our experience to ensure a successful meeting.
Your Data is Safe With Us
The unexpected can happen and we are ready for it. We recognize both the importance of data integrity, security, and dependency. Our servers are manned 24/7 and undergo daily, redundant backup. Our system's uptime is guaranteed to be at least 99.9%. In addition, every one of our meeting systems use at least two servers to maintain redundant, instantaneous backups of all collected data. To add an additional level data security, each server is backed up nightly for permanent archive. Through this process your data is always safe and recoverable even if the unexpected arises.
